The Samsung Galaxy S4 is all set to make its first appearance in New York at a launch function on Thursday. The company has been coming forward with more and more teasers building quite a buzz all week for the new S IV.
The twitter account of Samsung Mobile U.S. portrayed a semi-cloaked photo of the Galaxy S IV in darkness along with a tweet that said “The countdown for #TheNextBigThing has begun. Who’s ready for the Global Unpacked Event on March 14?”
The new Galaxy S4 looks quite similar to Galaxy S III except for the fact that it is vaguely bigger in size.
Galaxy S4 which is Android-based will be having a feature that is likely to be named “Eye Scroll” which would monitor the user’s eye motion and scroll text accordingly. This new smart phone is expected to arrive with a 5 inch display with a full High Definition resolution of 1080p.
The electronics giant from South Korea also launched a 73 second long Galaxy S4 promotion video in New York comprising of a small flash mob performing a catchy dance routine.
Dressed in black colored suits, striped vests and bow ties, the dancers emerged from and vanished into a breakaway box saying “Be Ready 4 the Next Galaxy” amusing a crowd at the Times Square. Also, “4” was highlighted in white on their backs.
The launch event will commence at 4 p.m. PDT on Thursday and can be viewed live on YouTube.
